Please be aware that once we have confirmed your order is despatched, liability for your package is passed over to the delivery company. From this point the delivery company is responsible for delivering your goods in a prompt and undamaged manner. In the extremely rare event of damage or loss of items in transit we will assist with re-claiming the goods or obtaining compensation. Once the matter is resolved (items are returned or compensation has been paid for the loss or damage) we will make any refunds due back onto your account.
Please note we are only able to take action for the loss of an item if it has not been delivered within 10 working days for UK, 25 working days for Europe and 32 working days for the rest of the world from the date of dispatch.
We highly recommend where possible you use our express delivery service to minimise the risk of loss and unpaid damage to your goods.
We post your goods as soon they are ready, usually via the Royal Mail. The timeframes below are the estimated, working day delivery times given by the Royal Mail. Please note these days are approximate and timeframes can vary. Please be aware that international standard and tracked orders can sometimes take up to 4 weeks. The delivery time depends on the local/ national postal provider and necessary customs clearance.
We recommend you use our express postal service. This will enable you to check the status and safety of your package. It is also the quickest way to receive your goods. The approximate timeframes given below are based on working days.
Please note that all custom charges and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you check your country’s terms and conditions to see if there are any associated costs when buying products from the UK.
Please ensure that when placing your order you provide us with the correct delivery details. Loss of items due to an incorrect shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are unhappy with your product you can return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Items need to be in an unused condition, all clothing must be returned unworn and unwashed. Any refunds, if applicable, will be made to the card used to purchase the original item.
To exchange or receive a refund please contact us. We will require the following information to help us trace your order. Please include your name, order reference number, date the order was posted and the original shipping address.
Please note that we are unable to refund the shipping fee, unless the item was faulty. For international returns, please mark your package as ‘returned under warranty’, this is to avoid unnecessary custom charges. Please note that Samvaer will not be able to pay any custom charges on international returns
